The training activities are designed and delivered by university teachers, professionals experienced in mediation for cross-border disputes and distance learning innovators with multi-sectoral experiences and backgrounds.

Steinbeis Beratungszentren GmbH is the umbrella organization of all Steinbeis Consulting Centers, points of contact for business consulting, analysis, and evaluation. Founded in 2005, it is the leading institute for mediation as a service and mediation education institute in Germany. As a service provider for mediation, it is a knowledge carrier for business mediation, online mediation, and cross-border mediation.
The staff members of the project have been working as a team since 2009 and have developed an expert status in carrying out mediation trainings, mediations in the business field and in managing projects in the scope of alternative dispute resolution.
 

Resolutia is a non-profit association whose major objective is to foster Alternative Dispute Resolution methods as means of settling disputes outside the courts. Founded in 2000, it offers a variety of conflict resolution services and since January 2007 it is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Justice as training provider for business mediation and as ADR provider for civil and commercial mediation. Resolutia, was the first private mediation center in Italy to offer an Online Dispute Resolution service to national and international customers (2008).

Mediatorzy was founded in 2000 but its team members have been mediating since 1990s. The core of the company consists of experts in mediation and conflict resolution. Besides, Mediatorzy.pl cooperates with a dozen of experts experienced in various areas (lawyers, sociologists, psychologists, management specialists, environmentalists, urban planners) and academic teachers cooperating with the Applied Social Sciences Institute and Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. It has cooperated with public institutions (Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Ministry of Environment), local governments (City of Warsaw, City of Toruń, City of Łódź), non-governmental organizations (National Society for the Protection of Birds, Foundation for Polish Science, Center for Civic Education, Heifer Poland, WWF Poland), companies (Orlen, Commercial Union, Volvo Cars, PGE EJ, Vox, Siemens). Finally, it is the Polish contact organization for MIKK (German association for support and mediation in international disputes relating to childcare) and it develops and implements integration programs for refugees in Poland.

The University of Florence (UNIFI) is an important and influential center for research and higher training in Italy, with 1,800 lecturers and internal research staff, 1,600 technical and administrative staff, and over 1,600 research assistants and doctoral students. The Department of Legal Science encourages the mediation culture thanks to Laboratory Unaltromodo. The joint laboratory deals with the development of scientific, theoretical, and applied research, on the topics of mediation and negotiation, experimenting with operational methods, innovative techniques for negotiating and mediating conflicts in internal and external relations to complex organizations in the region. It also develops effective methods of action for the management of conflicts in the various spheres of social life, of private bodies, of public action and in the entrepreneurial sphere, also promoting initiatives that spread the knowledge and use of ADR systems and the mediation of conflicts.

Prodos Consulting provides technical assistance and customized online and offline trainings to public and private entities within the field of EU project design and management. In 2016, it has set up Prodos Academy, an e-learning platform for training on EU funds and projects, designed for professionals who are interested in acquiring new knowledge and skills, but also for recent graduates looking for a vocational course. Prodos Academy counts more than 100.000 registered users with more than 2000 courses purchased. In the project, Prodos is responsible for the design and implementation of the INMEDIATE e-learning platform as well as the communication of the project. 

SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities was established in 1996 and it has been ranked by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education as the leading higher education and research institution offering Social Sciences programs in Poland. The quality of teaching and research at the university is also confirmed by the assessment of teaching programs the State Accreditation Commission as outstanding for Psychology and Culture Studies. The faculty includes almost 1,000 academic teachers (most of them experienced practitioners in their disciplines). The number of students exceeds 16.000 with 10 per cent of them coming from abroad. SWPS has years of experience in master level programmes for conflict resolution and it operates a center for conflict dynamics and it is a leading organization in introducing Polish Qualification System in everyday professional practice.

Steinbeis-University, founded in 1998, is a private University recognized by the state and located in Berlin. It has a strong expertise in the field of creating training curricula for conflict mediation and mediation. It offers relevant knowledge for implementing a valid qualification scheme in the German market and it runs research on the effectiveness of mediation and hundreds of conferences on mediation and conflict resolution with an international field of participants.
